Land Disturbance

For earth movement requiring anything other than hand held tools, a land disturbance permit  is required. The land disturbance permit application form is available in the Document Center on this site.

Prior to beginning land disturbance, erosion control measures as prescribed by the permit must be installed and approved by the ordinance enforcement officer. The ordinance enforcement officer will perform inspections throughout the project to ensure that silt does not leave the site.
